Sarah's Summer Trip: California Challenge II
July, 2005

Sarah spent July in California hiking, canoeing, rock climbing, mountain biking and rafting with AdventureTreks. The highlight of the trip was summiting Mount Shasta's 14,162 feet using ice axe and crampons.

Other activities included hiking in the redwoods, hiking the Lost Coast and climbing Mount Lassa.
